AEO/GEO Specialist (SaaS)

Location: Strongsville, Ohio, USA; hybrid schedule with four days in the office and one remote day. Flexible start and end times.

What you will do

• Own day-to-day AEO/GEO strategy within the existing SEO program.
• Structure content, on-page elements, and page architecture for AI parsing, ranking, and citation.
• Build concise answer capsules addressing questions from construction professionals.
• Monitor visibility and product associations across ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, and Google AI Overviews.
• Audit content for extractability and track emerging AI citation trends.
• Build credible off-site presence across Reddit, forums, review sites, social media, and other relevant platforms.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in SEO, content marketing, or digital marketing.
• Working knowledge of SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console, and GA4.
• Familiarity with schema and structured data markup.
• Understanding of how AI answer engines retrieve, rank, and cite content.
• Strong writing, organization, detail-tracking, and communication skills.
• Experience participating credibly on Reddit or similar community platforms.

Nice to have

• Hands-on AEO/GEO experience or strong self-directed learning in AI-search visibility.
• B2B SaaS marketing experience.
