Senior Banking Advisor (Wealth Management)

Location: Tampa, Florida, United States; onsite, full-time

What you will do

• Develop new client relationships through prospect identification and targeted marketing strategies.
• Manage complex wealth management banking, credit, and treasury management relationships while identifying investment and fiduciary opportunities.
• Structure and negotiate complex loan and lease agreements, including pricing, interest rates, swaps, and related financing terms.
• Oversee preparation of financing documentation and ensure alignment with credit policy guidelines.
• Advise clients through a goals-driven wealth management approach and generate leads through centers of influence.
• Provide subject-matter expertise, lead teams in solving complex problems, and execute cross-functional strategic programs.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in financial analysis and client servicing, commercial lending, or leasing.
• Advanced knowledge of the banking industry, competitive landscape, and financing.
• Working knowledge of investments, trust, and financial consulting concepts.
• Strong negotiation, leadership, sales, oral communication, and written communication skills.
• Ability to interpret business challenges, recommend improvements, influence stakeholders, and manage technically complex work.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
