What you will do

• Support the day-to-day operation of enterprise technology services and resolve user issues.
• Coordinate on-site desktop support for PC hardware and software needs.
• Maintain system documentation, testing, validation, and technical standards.
• Provide post-implementation support, identify root causes, and develop strategic solutions.
• Work with vendors to analyze and troubleshoot solutions.
• Identify desktop support solutions and services, and train fellow desktop administrators on organizational processes.

Requirements

• University degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
• Fluent English and Bulgarian.
• Basic understanding of Linux Desktop, network equipment, AV equipment, and manufacturing computing equipment.
• Ability to prioritize work, manage time, solve problems, communicate effectively, and work under pressure.
• Strong customer orientation, teamwork, planning, organization, resilience, and conflict-management skills.
