Sr. Associate Private Credit Platform Management

Location: Addison, Texas; Montpelier, Vermont; or New York, New York. Onsite work is required four days per week on Monday through Thursday.

Salary: $140,625–$206,250 USD per year.

What you will do

• Turn complex and incomplete platform information into executive- and committee-level analysis, presentations, reporting, and visualizations.
• Help Private Credit leadership prioritize initiatives, clarify ownership, track commitments, and maintain execution momentum.
• Coordinate the Private Credit Transaction Committee, including agendas, decision materials, decision records, approval conditions, and follow-up actions.
• Improve coordination and information flow across Direct Lending, Asset-Based Finance, Structured Credit, and deal operations.
• Support investment-lifecycle handoffs across investment, legal, finance, and operations teams, including pipeline reporting, closing coordination, and portfolio monitoring.
• Build and improve governance, standardized metrics, recurring reporting, workflows, committee cadences, and supporting tools using Excel, PowerPoint, data visualization, and approved AI tools.

Requirements

• 4–7 years of experience in corporate or business strategy, management consulting, front-office business management, an executive office, corporate development, or a related analytical and execution-focused role.
• Undergraduate or advanced degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare precise materials for senior management and investment committees.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel for executive presentations, financial analysis, reporting, and data modeling.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams, tracking deliverables, advancing initiatives, and supporting committee processes.
• Working knowledge of private credit, including direct lending, asset-based finance, and structured credit, or the ability to develop this knowledge quickly.
