Data & BI Analyst (Power BI/BrightGauge): Maintaining and evolving BI infrastructure while building standardized real-time KPI dashboards for service delivery teams and newly acquired businesses with an accent on data modeling, dashboard design, and analytics platform administration. Focus on preserving legacy financial and success-metrics logic, standardizing KPIs, and enabling new partners to access relevant insights.

What you will do
- Maintain and administer Power BI, BrightGauge, and other analytics platforms to support uptime, accuracy, and performance.
- Build and standardize real-time KPI dashboards for service delivery teams.
- Maintain and improve the existing financial BI package, success metrics dashboards, and weekly “Are We Winning?” dashboards.
- Support the analytical needs of newly acquired businesses and partners by providing relevant insights and tools.
Requirements
- Experience with business intelligence tools.
- Strong understanding of data modeling, dashboard design, and KPI standardization.
- Ability to learn new tools quickly and adapt to changing business needs.
- Proactive approach and interest in understanding the reasons behind data trends.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative working style.
Nice to have
- Experience with Power BI and BrightGauge.
