Production Grinding Operator (Manufacturing)

Location: Charter Aarrowcast, Shawano, Wisconsin, United States; onsite, 1st or 3rd shift

Salary: $23–$25.25 per hour

What you will do

• Grind iron castings to specified requirements.
• Operate robots, hand grinders, stationary grinders, and pencil grinders.
• Perform grinding wheel changes and related equipment tasks.
• Record production data and complete required paperwork.
• Work 10-hour shifts from Monday through Thursday, with overtime available.

Requirements

• At least one year of experience in manufacturing, foundry, metals, or a related field.
• High school diploma; support is available through the GED works program.
• Ability to push, pull, lift, and move items weighing up to 60 pounds.
• Basic math and problem-solving skills.
• Commitment to safety, teamwork, trust, and continuous improvement.
• Employment may require verification of U.S. Person status or an export license under U.S. export control laws.

• Prior machine shop experience.
