TL;DR
District Marketing & Outreach Manager (Marketing): Leading brand awareness, student enrollment, staff recruitment, community outreach, digital communications, and event programming with an accent on rebranding, campaign strategy, and stakeholder engagement. Focus on executing a school-wide rebrand, analyzing recruitment and campaign data, coordinating events, and aligning communications with growth goals.

Location: Helena-West Helena, Arkansas, USA. Full-time, onsite role with occasional evening and weekend work required for community and recruitment events.

KIPP Delta Public Schools operates tuition-free, open-enrollment college-preparatory charter schools serving more than 1,200 students in the Arkansas Delta.

What you will do

  • Lead the school’s rebranding initiative, including the rollout of brand identity, messaging, and visual standards.
  • Develop marketing strategies and annual calendars supporting student enrollment, staff recruitment, and long-term growth.
  • Build relationships with families, community partners, businesses, nonprofits, and civic organizations.
  • Oversee social media, website, email campaigns, advertising, newsletters, press releases, and other communications.
  • Plan and deliver recruitment, fundraising, and community events, including logistics, vendors, promotion, and performance tracking.
  • Analyze campaign, digital engagement, enrollment, and outreach data; report progress and recommend improvements to school leadership.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of professional experience in marketing, communications, or community engagement.
  • Demonstrated success managing a rebrand and large-scale marketing or communications campaigns.
  • Proficiency with social media management, CMS platforms, analytics tools, and creative content development.
  • Strong verbal, written, interpersonal, project management, and organizational skills.
  • Successful completion of state and federal background checks, fingerprinting, and child maltreatment registry checks is required.

Nice to have

  • Experience in the education or nonprofit sector.
  • Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, branding, and graphic design tools.
