Location: Secaucus, New Jersey, United States. Full-time, onsite role.

Salary: $141,000–$188,000 annually, plus potential bonus and benefits.

What you will do

  • Define and execute the AI/ML adoption roadmap across manufacturing operations.
  • Identify, evaluate, and prioritize use cases in manufacturing risk analysis, quality, continuous improvement, automation, metrology, inspection, and predictive analytics.
  • Lead the design, development, deployment, and adoption of AI/ML solutions across factories.
  • Analyze metrology, vision inspection, event, test, and quality data using regression, correlation, commonality, and other statistical methods.
  • Use predictive analytics to support PFMEA and develop proactive process controls that improve yield, reliability, throughput, and process robustness.
  • Partner with industrial engineering, factory engineering, quality, IT, design, manufacturing, test, and supplier engineering teams while coaching technical stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Advanced degree in engineering, computer science, data science, or a related field.
  • 10–15 years of experience in high-volume, complex manufacturing, including at least 5 years in leadership or transformation roles.
  • Expertise in regression analysis, correlation analysis, DOE, SPC, PFMEA, Gauge R&R, and commonality studies.
  • Advanced experience with Minitab, JMP, Python, R, SQL, or equivalent data-driven tools.
  • Experience applying AI/ML to statistical problem-solving, predictive analytics, anomaly detection, and manufacturing data.
  • Background in electronics assembly, PCBA, servers, or another high-reliability industry, with strong communication and stakeholder influence skills.

Nice to have

  • MBA or exposure to business, finance, or economics.
  • Experience with continuous improvement or lean programs.
