Marketing Assistant (Part-Time)

Location: Kailua-Kona, Hawaii, United States. Onsite role.

Salary: $18–$20 per hour.

What you will do

• Support the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing campaigns, promotions, community programs, and events.
• Create social media content for Facebook, Instagram, and Reels, including photos and videos captured at events and shopping center activities.
• Maintain marketing materials, signage, event displays, and promotional installations.
• Assist with event setup, guest registration, attendee engagement, and breakdown.
• Welcome shoppers, visitors, and attendees and provide information about events, tenants, and shopping center amenities.
• Track participation, collect feedback, and support initiatives that increase traffic, tenant visibility, and community engagement.

Requirements

• Experience creating content for Facebook, Instagram, and Reels.
• Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability for approximately 4–10 hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Must currently be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis; visa sponsorship is not available.
