Seasonal Marketing Assistant - Crest on University

What you will do

• Support on-campus and community marketing, including housing fairs, orientations, open houses, and property events.
• Assist with renewal marketing campaigns and resident renewal events.
• Create social media content and support digital marketing campaigns.
• Generate and follow up on leads, schedule appointments, conduct property tours, and support the leasing process.
• Record prospect interactions, track leads, process inquiries and applications, and provide administrative support.
• Monitor marketing effectiveness, suggest improvements, and help maintain clean and welcoming common areas.

Requirements

• Ability to interact professionally with prospective and current residents, parents, employees, and vendors.
• Ability to complete guest cards, data entry, lead tracking, follow-up, and application-related tasks accurately.
• Ability to support leasing calls, online inquiries, tours, and community events.
• Availability to work onsite in Orlando, Florida.

• Social media experience.
• Customer interaction experience.
