Marketing support for promotions, tenant communications, customer inquiries, and special events at a shopping mall property.

What you will do

• Maintain effective contact with mall personnel and help coordinate promotional efforts and participation.
• Screen questions and requests from tenants, vendors, and the public.
• Respond to or resolve problems within the scope of the role.
• Assist with coordinating special events at the property.

Requirements

• Availability during business hours Monday through Friday, with occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Strong working knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and Foursquare.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
• Effective verbal and written communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Conflict resolution and customer service skills for interactions with customers, tenants, and co-workers.
• Ability to prioritize, coordinate, multitask, demonstrate initiative, and work independently and as part of a team.
