What you will do
- Design, standardize, and continuously improve KPI and SLA frameworks across P2P, O2C, and R2R processes.
- Establish performance governance forums, including monthly business reviews and weekly dashboard setups.
- Maintain performance datasets as a single source of truth by reconciling data across ERP systems and BI tools.
- Monitor SLA adherence, operational volumes, cycle times, and underperformance risks.
- Partner with Data Analytics and Finance Systems teams to develop dashboards and actionable reporting for senior stakeholders.
- Identify efficiency and service-quality improvements, quantify automation impact, and support performance optimization.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in FP&A or performance management, ideally in high-volume, multi-country environments.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets, Google BigQuery, SQL or Python scripting, and BI tools such as Looker or Tableau.
- Knowledge of SAP, Concur, and Ariba.
- Strong attention to detail, data accuracy, analytical thinking, and proactive issue identification.
- Experience with LLMs and generative AI tools, including Claude, n8n, Gemini, NotebookLM, or custom copilots.
