2027 Undergraduate Global Supply Chain Co-Op

Location: Ewing, New Jersey, United States; hybrid in the summer and remote during the school semester. US work authorization is required.

What you will do

• Support strategic supply chain planning and consolidate plans for presentation to executive leadership.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean manufacturing principles across manufacturing and distribution sites.
• Analyze customer logistics, order-to-cash processes, service metrics, shipments, and performance reports.
• Contribute to demand planning, supply planning, materials management, inventory control, and SKU portfolio analysis.
• Research markets, qualify suppliers, evaluate carriers, manage supplier and carrier relationships, and support data-driven purchasing decisions.
• Analyze co-packer performance, inventory reports, manufacturing costs, discrepancy reports, supply agreements, manuals, and SOPs.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in supply chain, business logistics, or a closely related discipline.
• At least two years of completed college coursework; rising Junior or rising Senior standing.
• Ability and interest in learning company platforms, running reports, and working with different systems.
• Microsoft 365 experience and the ability to manage multiple timelines and priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
• US work authorization is required, including US citizenship or permanent resident/green card status.

Nice to have

• Power BI, Canva, Figma, TikTok, Instagram, or other relevant platform experience, depending on the assignment.
