AWS Network Engineer (Palo Alto Firewalls): Designing, deploying, operating, and maintaining AWS cloud network and security infrastructure with an accent on Palo Alto firewalls, VPNs, IP networks, and multi-tenant environments. Focus on configuring and troubleshooting IPSEC, TCP/IP, SSL, URL deployments, and complex customer network and security issues in a hybrid cloud operations setting.
Location: Hybrid position in Bogotá, Colombia, at 's Torre Krystal facilities

What you will do
- Design, deploy, operate, and maintain customer cloud-hosted network and security infrastructure.
- Provide technical assistance to cloud networking operations and resolve customer issues requiring direct infrastructure access.
- Administer and support network devices and security products, including Palo Alto, Cisco, F5, routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Configure and troubleshoot IP networks, VPN tunnels, URL deployments, WAN connectivity, and related network technologies.
- Design, test, review, and deploy network configurations and security software for hosted and corporate environments.
- Collaborate with infrastructure operations, regional teams, global management, and internal and external customers to resolve complex technical issues.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience with AWS Cloud and AWS network stacks.
- At least 3 years of experience with Palo Alto technologies.
- AWS and Palo Alto certifications are mandatory.
- At least 3 years of experience managing network and security infrastructure and related administration tools.
- Experience with Palo Alto and Cisco firewalls, including ACL, NAT, and VPN configuration.
- Advanced English proficiency at B2 or higher, plus a bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or an equivalent technical discipline.
Nice to have
- Experience writing Terraform scripts.
- Good knowledge of Git.
