Senior Art Director (Generative AI)

Salary: USD $81,225–$111,100 annually

What you will do

• Lead concepts, visual design, and execution for integrated cross-channel initiatives, large web projects, online advertising, and digital marketing.
• Create viable visual concepts in partnership with copywriters.
• Present visual designs, motion concepts, and storyboards to clients and secure approval.
• Lead designers and production artists in delivering digital and cross-channel work.
• Manage multiple projects while motivating creative colleagues and clients.

Requirements

• Five to seven years of art direction and strong digital design experience, preferably in a creative agency.
• Proficiency in Figma is required.
• Exceptional conceptual and design skills with a portfolio covering print and web.
• Strong experience with large cross-channel or direct-marketing initiatives and web production.
• Expert knowledge of Photoshop, ImageReady, Illustrator, and Quark/InDesign.
• A four-year degree or formal design training, plus strategic brainstorming, campaign development, creative brief development, and creative execution experience.

Nice to have

• Automotive experience.
• Experience with Flash, After Effects, and video production.
• Familiarity with prompt-based interaction and generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Google Gemini, DALL·E, and Midjourney.
