Line Technician, Nights (Manufacturing)

Location: Harrisonville, Missouri, USA. Onsite night shift on a 2-2-3 rotation from 6:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.

Starting hourly wage: $26.98 per hour

What you will do

• Safely operate manufacturing equipment to meet quality, scheduling, customer, and production requirements.
• Operate equipment according to standard work and participate in machine setup and changeovers.
• Troubleshoot line performance issues and contribute to problem-solving activities.
• Perform autonomous maintenance, including cleaning, inspection, lubrication, and tightening.
• Support auxiliary equipment and maintain a clean, organized work area aligned with 5S standards.
• Identify waste and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to interact effectively with employees.
• Availability for the 2-2-3 rotation and 6:00 p.m.–6:00 a.m. shift.

Nice to have

• Experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Mechanical aptitude.
• Computer skills.
