Shipping Operator D2 Shift

Location: Spring Hill, Kansas, United States. Full-time on-site role with a 12-hour shift from 4:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Thursday through Saturday.

Salary: $23.94 per hour.

What you will do

• Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment in accordance with safety procedures.
• Transport raw materials, supplies, and finished goods between production, packaging, warehouse, and shipping areas.
• Remove finished goods from palletizers and place them in designated storage locations.
• Load and unload materials, equipment, and supplies from semi-trailers and railcars.
• Perform quality checks, complete documentation, prepare reports, and assist with performance tracking.
• Support product preparation and packaging, maintain equipment and work areas, and report equipment issues.

Requirements

• At least six months of forklift and/or shipping experience.
• Valid forklift certification or the ability to obtain certification.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions, work independently and collaboratively, and maintain strong attention to safety and quality.
• Basic computer and documentation skills.
• High school diploma or GED; must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, bending, stooping, twisting, standing, and walking.

Nice to have

• One year of manufacturing or industrial experience.
