TL;DR
Quantity Surveyor (Construction): Preparing accurate material take-offs, layout plans, summaries, and quotations from construction drawings and specifications with an accent on quantity accuracy, wood house framing, and construction standards. Focus on analyzing design information, coordinating changes with Project Managers and stakeholders, and maintaining quality throughout design and construction.
Location: Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam; onsite full-time

What you will do
- Analyze customer-supplied design drawings and project information to identify product and material requirements.
- Prepare material take-offs, layout plans, detailed summaries, quotations, and installation instructions.
- Verify proposed solutions with stakeholders before submitting take-offs and layouts.
- Coordinate with Project Managers, coworkers, supervisors, and external stakeholders on changes and confirmations.
- Follow established procedures to maintain accuracy, consistency, and service quality.
- Build technical knowledge of framing systems, building standards, and related software.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction, or Construction Materials.
- English proficiency equivalent to CEFR B1.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and perform quantity take-offs.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, Planswift, or similar software.
- Knowledge of wood house structures and wood house framing details.
- Strong attention to detail, logical thinking, time management, teamwork, and willingness to learn; freshers and entry-level candidates are welcome.

- More than one year of experience, especially in wood house design.
