What you will do

• Own the fitness product and represent the gym as a fitness ambassador on the gym floor.
• Lead MOVE, REDEFINE, personal training, and group training programmes.
• Drive member onboarding, engagement initiatives, in-gym challenges, events, sales, and retention.
• Recruit, train, mentor, and provide feedback to Fitness Coaches and Personal Trainers.
• Manage group training timetables and monitor performance against company KPIs.
• Deliver classes and personal training sessions while maximising revenue across training, memberships, and secondary spend.

Requirements

• Level 3 Personal Trainer qualification.
• CIMSPA Practitioner status.
• Experience delivering personal training and a variety of group training modalities.
• Strong leadership, coaching, motivation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of current fitness trends and innovations.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and Bank Holidays.
