Regional Host (Territory Property Manager) - Lloyds Living

Location: Nationwide, Bedford, Chatteris, Huntingdon, Peterborough, St Ives, and St Neots, UK. Hybrid working is available, with regular travel within the region and in-person property appointments.

Salary: £30,201–£31,790 per year

What you will do

• Host viewings, open house events, move-in appointments, and move-out appointments.
• Support customers through applications, conduct Right to Rent checks, and gather viewing feedback.
• Prepare inventories and carry out mid-term, void, development, and check-out inspections.
• Identify property maintenance needs, verify completed works, and dip-test workmanship quality.
• Help maintain health and safety standards, including fire risk assessment requirements.
• Build relationships with management companies, developers, agents, and internal property management teams.

Requirements

• Experience in residential property inspections, lettings, or property management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
• UK driving licence and ability to travel within the region.
• Proactive, organised, and able to work independently as a lone worker.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and respond effectively to customer needs.
