OT Support Engineer

Location: Guadalajara, Mexico

What you will do

• Install, configure, maintain, and inventory computers, printers, servers, networks, and related equipment.
• Provide technical support to end users for software, hardware, systems, networking, and communications issues.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure reliable, secure operation of IT equipment and services.
• Administer user accounts, access rights, and permissions across multiple information systems.
• Support IT projects, operational improvements, system integrations, reporting, dashboards, and troubleshooting initiatives.
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure compliance with IT policies, procedures, security standards, and quality processes.

Requirements

• Three years of experience in a similar position.
• Proficiency with computer applications, Windows operating systems, computer hardware, and software.
• Knowledge of LAN/WAN networks.
• Fluency in spoken and written English, at approximately 70% proficiency.
• Basic programming and scripting capability for automation, system integration, reporting, configuration, and troubleshooting.

Nice to have

• Experience with CCTV, Tress, or Axtrax physical access control systems.
• Knowledge of C#, VB.NET, JavaScript, PHP, and SQL databases.
• ITIL, MCSA, CCNA, Azure Administrator, or PMP certification.
• Experience with ServiceNow and systems administration task automation.
