OT Support Engineer

What you will do

• Install, configure, maintain, and inventory computers, printers, servers, and other IT equipment.
• Provide technical support for end users across software, hardware, systems, networking, and communications platforms.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure reliable, secure operation of equipment and services.
• Administer user accounts, access rights, and permissions across multiple information systems.
• Identify and implement IT solutions and hardware or software initiatives that improve operational efficiency.
• Support IT policies, security standards, quality procedures, vendors, system projects, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• At least three years of experience in a similar position.
• Proficiency with computer applications, Windows operating systems, and computer hardware and software.
• Knowledge of LAN/WAN networks.
• Fluency in spoken and written English at approximately 70%.
• Basic programming and scripting skills for automation, system integration, reporting, dashboards, troubleshooting, data extraction, or configuration tasks.

Nice to have

• Experience with CCTV, Tress, Axtrax physical access control, SQL databases, ServiceNow, or systems administration automation.
• Knowledge of C#, .NET, VB.NET, JavaScript, or PHP.
• ITIL, MCSA, CCNA, Azure Administrator, or PMP certification.
