Manager, Data & Analytics (Logistics)

What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing logistics analytics team.
• Partner with logistics leadership to translate business priorities into an analytics roadmap and performance management initiatives.
• Design composite performance metrics, improve semantic data models, and build scalable self-serve AI data products with Analytics Engineering and AI COE teams.
• Apply operations research, causal impact quantification, statistical modeling, experimentation, simulations, and optimization to improve logistics decisions.
• Own analytics outcomes from problem framing through execution, synthesizing KPIs and performance drivers into executive-ready recommendations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field or equivalent practical experience.
• 8+ years of experience in analytics or data science, including building and leading high-performing teams.
• Proven experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations analytics with measurable improvements in cost, efficiency, and service performance.
• Strong technical skills in SQL and Python, including statistical modeling, A/B testing, causal inference, operations research, simulations, optimization, and ML-based forecasting.
• Experience building scalable data products or analytical solutions using AI tooling.
• Strong problem-solving, stakeholder management, influencing, and cross-functional alignment skills in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
