TL;DR
Senior Data Analyst (Python/AI): Building and maintaining Airflow ETL pipelines, data marts, operational reports, and automation tools for customer support and logistics operations with an accent on complex SQL, data quality, and root cause analysis. Focus on operating Presto and Airflow clusters, integrating internal APIs and business tools, and applying Python and AI/LLM technologies to automate reporting and operational workflows.
Location: Taipei, Taiwan

operates an e-commerce platform in Taiwan, including next-day Rocket Delivery and international Rocket Oversea delivery services.
What you will do
- Provide rapid ad-hoc analysis and accurate data reports for Supplier Support, Customer Support, Andon, and other operational teams.
- Build customer experience funnels and identify process issues and root causes across the user lifecycle.
- Process large-scale data with Presto and Hive SQL, design and maintain Airflow DAGs, and develop and optimize data marts.
- Monitor pipeline health and ensure data quality across data sources including Zendesk, WMS, and OMS.
- Develop Python automation scripts and integrate Slack, GitHub, Zendesk, Tableau, Presto, Confluence, and internal APIs.
- Use LangChain, MCP Server, and AI tools to automate research, report generation, quality assurance, updates, and releases.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis or data engineering.
- Strong SQL skills, including recursive CTEs, window functions, and JSON parsing.
- Ability to turn ambiguous business questions into concrete data analysis projects.
- Experience creating and operating reports with Tableau Server, Power BI, or similar tools.
Nice to have
- Experience analyzing customer service, e-commerce, logistics, or ticketing-system data.
- E-commerce or supply chain domain knowledge, including logistics and inventory processes.
- Python development experience with automation scripts, API integrations, or data transformation.
- Experience with Airflow or similar workflow schedulers and maintaining DAGs.
- Git or GitHub collaboration experience, including pull request reviews, and AI/LLM application experience with LangChain or internal AI tools.
