Senior Data Analyst (Customer-Centric Planning)

What you will do

• Provide rapid ad-hoc analysis and accurate data reports for operational teams.
• Analyze customer experience funnels, operational pain points, and root causes of process issues.
• Design and maintain Airflow DAGs, ETL pipelines, and data marts using Presto and Hive SQL.
• Monitor pipeline health and ensure data quality across internal data sources, including Zendesk, WMS, and OMS.
• Develop Python automation scripts and integrate Slack, GitHub, Zendesk, Tableau, Presto, Confluence, and internal APIs.
• Use LangChain, MCP Server, and other AI tools to automate research, report generation, quality assurance, updates, and releases.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in data analysis or data engineering.
• Strong SQL skills, including recursive CTEs, window functions, and JSON parsing.
• Ability to translate ambiguous business problems into concrete data analysis projects.
• Experience creating and operating reports with Tableau Server, Power BI, or similar tools.
• Experience with customer service, e-commerce, logistics, or supply chain data is valuable.

Nice to have

• Practical Python development and API integration experience.
• Experience with Airflow or similar workflow scheduling tools and DAG maintenance.
• Familiarity with GitHub or Git, pull request reviews, and collaborative development.
• Experience using LangChain or internal AI tools to build analysis agents or automated workflows.
