What you will do
- Define and execute the analytics strategy and roadmap for Rocket Pay.
- Build scalable analytics, reporting, measurement, and automation capabilities.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, and business leaders to identify opportunities and prioritize high-impact initiatives.
- Develop success metrics and measurement frameworks for product, customer, and commercial performance.
- Lead experimentation, evaluate machine learning models, and translate results into business actions.
- Build, coach, and develop a high-performing team across analytics and data infrastructure.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in analytics, data science, decision science, business intelligence, or related quantitative fields.
- Experience scaling measurement frameworks, reporting capabilities, experimentation programs, and analytical solutions.
- Strong SQL and Python proficiency.
- Strong knowledge of experimentation design, causal inference, and statistical analysis.
- Experience partnering with executive leadership and influencing senior stakeholders through analytical insights.
- Experience leading analytics, data science, and/or data engineering teams.
Nice to have
- Experience in fintech, payments, e-commerce, marketplaces, or high-growth technology companies.
- Experience building analytics organizations in rapidly scaling businesses.
- Experience influencing product strategy and business direction through data-driven insights.
- Advanced degree in Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related quantitative discipline.
