Cloud DevOps Engineer (IoT)

Location: Budapest, Debrecen, Pécs, or Szeged, Hungary. Remote work is available only within Hungary due to European taxation regulations.

What you will do

• Develop, document, integrate, and deploy infrastructure-as-code across multiple staged cloud runtime environments.
• Provide abstract interfaces for an overarching automation backend.
• Coordinate security measures across multiple layers of a resource-management product.
• Monitor and ensure code security, code quality, and runtime quality using standard tools and rulesets.
• Collaborate in an agile, cross-functional international team across Germany, Hungary, and Spain.

Requirements

• 3+ years of DevOps or infrastructure engineering experience.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, engineering, information technology, or equivalent IT experience.
• Professional experience maintaining and deploying Docker and Kubernetes environments.
• Experience with a cloud platform such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience with Terraform and Jenkins.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills required.

Nice to have

• Security infrastructure technology and cloud networking knowledge.
• GitLab CI/CD, GitHub Actions, or GitOps tools such as ArgoCD and FluxCD.
• Cloud monitoring, Helm, Jira, and Confluence experience.
• Understanding of agile methodologies.
