What you will do

• Support the Silicon Photonics Wafer Probe System product line.
• Install and commission probers and accessories, including final acceptance testing.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance at customer sites across EMEA.
• Troubleshoot and repair probers through remote, telephone, and on-site support.
• Prepare commissioning protocols, acceptance reports, and service documentation.
• Train customers and collaborate with internal departments on continuous product improvement.

Requirements

• Degree or technical qualification in electrical engineering, automation technology, or a similar field.
• At least 2–4 years of similar experience is typically required; the stated education and experience criteria also specify 5 years with a Bachelor’s degree, 3 years with a Master’s degree, or a PhD without experience.
• Experience in silicon photonics and/or semiconductor test is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills, accuracy, punctuality, and interpersonal skills.
• Good written and verbal German and English are required.
• Valid driving license and willingness to travel are required.
