S-E-SE Technologist Tooling Preparation

What you will do

• Manage the ordering, release, traceability, and material status of rework tools, handy tools, clip guns, and other tooling during product changes and new introductions.
• Act as the interface between production engineering and suppliers for newly designed tools.
• Install and support the release of foaming, moulding, robotic, AGV, VR, and other innovative tooling processes.
• Create maintenance work instructions, establish tooling setup parameters, and train and coach the maintenance team.
• Manufacture or coordinate the delivery of auxiliary tools, fixtures, and non-standard equipment.
• Support assembly-facility construction and modification, technical changes, spare-parts setup, validation, and knowledge sharing across production plants.

Requirements

• Technical university degree.
• English and French required.
• Experience or capability in change management and project management.
• Strong communication, teamwork, self-organization, and conflict-management skills.
• Target and result orientation, motivation, resilience, and social and intercultural sensitivity.
