Team Lead AMS Management Trading - Freedom Trading (Finance)

Location: Saint Petersburg, Florida, United States; hybrid work with three days per week at the corporate office

What you will do

• Apply predefined Mutual Fund/ETF trading models to managed accounts and execute trades according to product guidelines.
• Analyze account data, identify model-position outliers, and resolve discrepancies.
• Research complex account errors and implement required trade corrections.
• Administer team workflow and ensure timely processing of trade requests.
• Perform tax loss harvesting and generate and review reports.
• Answer questions and resolve issues raised by internal departments and branches.

Requirements

• 13 months to 3 years of general experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or Finance, or a high school diploma.
• Knowledge of managed accounts, banking and finance, securities trading operations, equities, ETFs, and Mutual Funds.
• Advanced analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making skills.
• Intermediate Excel experience and the ability to use standard office software, spreadsheets, databases, and reporting tools.
• Ability to work in the hybrid model and attend the Saint Petersburg corporate office three days per week.
