Respiratory Therapist - Cardiopulmonary Services - Full Time (36 hours/week) - Night Shift

Location: 603 S Chestnut St, Ellensburg, WA 98926, USA; full-time onsite night shift, typically 6:00p–6:30a.

Salary: USD 30.29–48.98 per hour, depending on license and experience. CRT: $30.29–46.06/hour; RRT: $33.21–48.98/hour.

What you will do

• Provide cardiopulmonary services to hospital patients and outpatients.
• Coordinate patient care with physicians, nursing staff, and other therapy teams.
• Apply advanced assessment and practitioner skills in complex patient care situations.
• Conduct non-invasive cardiac and respiratory studies and tests.
• Coordinate and complete special projects as assigned.
• Assist nursing staff with short-term relief during periods of high utilization.

Requirements

• Registry with the National Board of Respiratory Care as an RRT or CRT.
• Current Washington State Respiratory Therapist license from the Washington State Department of Health.
• Current CPR certification.
• ACLS, PALS, and NRP certification within six months of hire, with ongoing maintenance required.
• Ability to work a 0.9 FTE schedule of 36 hours per week on the night shift.

Nice to have

• Experience or education promoting group and team relationships.
• Respiratory care experience with adult and pediatric acute care.
• Experience in tertiary-level or geriatric respiratory care.
