What you will do

• Diagnose and repair domestic and foreign vehicles using automotive knowledge, skills, and factory-level diagnostic equipment.
• Complete accurate and honest courtesy vehicle inspections.
• Troubleshoot customer concerns with other technicians and the service department.
• Maintain high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization.
• Communicate customer concerns, solve problems, meet deadlines, and deliver quality results.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as an automotive technician or mechanic.
• Ability to diagnose and repair all vehicle makes and models.
• ASE certification is preferred, or a plan to obtain certification.
• Positive attitude, customer-service orientation, professional appearance, and strong communication skills.
• Ability to lift or move more than 100 pounds occasionally, work in tight spaces and beneath raised vehicles, and stand or walk for most of the workday.
• Ability to drive manual-transmission vehicles and use hand tools and computers efficiently.
