What you will do

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain customer and dealership vehicles.
• Inspect vehicles and troubleshoot systems to determine repair needs.
• Execute dispatched repair orders and perform quality-control checks.
• Complete required documentation in compliance with applicable standards and regulations.
• Maintain shop cleanliness, inventory, safety, and environmental standards.
• Communicate with Service Advisors and Parts department personnel while participating in Chrysler certification training.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Post-secondary automotive training or equivalent work experience.
• Broad automotive mechanical and electrical knowledge.
• Unrestricted driver's license and clean driving record.
• Strong communication, customer service, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer and internet skills; professional, dependable, and safety-oriented approach.

Nice to have

• At least one year of dealer-level or large-facility experience.
