What you will do

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain medium- and heavy-duty commercial vehicles and dealership vehicles.
• Inspect vehicles and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues to determine repair needs.
• Complete dispatched repair orders and perform quality-control checks on completed work.
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with applicable regulations and standards.
• Follow shop, safety, environmental, and cleanliness procedures while communicating with Service Advisors and Parts personnel.
• Participate in company and Ford certification training, staff meetings, and educational classes.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Post-secondary automotive training or equivalent work experience.
• Broad automotive mechanical and electrical knowledge.
• Unrestricted driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Communication, customer service, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, including composure under stress.
• Basic computer and internet skills; professional, dependable, safety-oriented approach.

Nice to have

• At least one year of dealer-level or large-facility experience.
