Marketing Assistant (Automotive)

Location: Onsite at 3456 N Kedzie Avenue, Chicago, Illinois, United States. Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM; occasional Saturdays with a weekday off in return. Travel between multiple dealership locations is required.

Salary: $52,000–$58,000 annually, based on experience.

What you will do

• Create photo and video content for social media, websites, and marketing campaigns.
• Edit short-form and promotional videos and produce basic graphics, banners, flyers, and promotional materials.
• Plan and publish social media content and support email and other digital marketing initiatives.
• Update website content, images, banners, promotions, links, and landing pages.
• Support Google Business Profile, SEO, campaign performance tracking, website analytics, and reporting.
• Support dealership events, sponsorships, community partnerships, vendors, and marketing partners.

Requirements

• Experience in marketing, digital marketing, content creation, or social media.
• Strong video editing and content creation skills.
• Familiarity with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, and Google Business Profile.
• Basic website content management/CMS, graphic design, SEO, analytics, and tracking skills.
• Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, or similar tools.
• Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects independently.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
• Automotive experience.
