What you will do

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain customer and dealership vehicles.
• Execute dispatched repair orders and conduct inspections, diagnosis, and troubleshooting.
• Perform quality control checks and complete required documentation in compliance with regulations and standards.
• Communicate with Service Advisors and Parts department personnel.
• Maintain shop cleanliness, inventory, safety, and environmental standards.
• Attend company and GM certification training, staff meetings, and educational classes.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Post-secondary automotive training or equivalent work experience.
• Broad automotive mechanical and electrical knowledge.
• Unrestricted driver's license and clean driving record.
• Strong communication, customer service, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer and internet skills; one year of dealer-level or large-facility experience is preferred.
