What you will do

• Lead and supervise electrical installation teams on site.
• Coordinate subcontractors, direct labour resources, and interfaces with mechanical, CSA, commissioning, and client teams.
• Review electrical drawings, schematics, technical submittals, and project specifications.
• Plan daily and weekly activities, support short-term scheduling, and monitor productivity.
• Conduct site inspections, quality assurance checks, toolbox talks, and safety briefings.
• Manage material deliveries, installation readiness, progress reporting, testing, energisation, and commissioning support.

Requirements

• Meisterbrief (Elektrotechnikermeister) or an equivalent recognised German qualification.
• At least five years of experience in a supervisory role.
• Strong electrical installation experience and experience managing site teams and subcontractors.
• Knowledge of electrical testing and commissioning processes.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Strong understanding of health and safety regulations.
