Marketing Assistant

Location: Onsite in La Vergne, Tennessee, USA

Salary: $20.06–$24.64 per hour

What you will do

• Build and maintain title marketing campaign reports for review and analysis.
• Coordinate influencer mailings, including sell sheet curation, approvals, shipments, and fulfillment.
• Create and update marketing assets, book metadata, online storefronts, collections, and premium product listings.
• Use Canva templates to produce marketing creatives across campaigns and channels.
• Enroll titles in online retailer promotions and schedule pricing updates.
• Provide campaign updates, presentation support, expense reporting, and meeting follow-up for marketing and sales teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent year-for-year experience.
• At least 1 year of experience creating Excel spreadsheets, basic mathematical formulas, and pivot tables.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, VLOOKUP, and pivot tables.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet campaign deadlines.
• Ability to work onsite in La Vergne, Tennessee, USA.

Nice to have

• Experience creating basic designs in Canva.
