Enterprise Architect & Data Governance Head

What you will do

• Lead the Enterprise Digital function and design a flexible, composable architecture connecting corporate systems with renewable asset operations.
• Own and steer the global Data Management and Data Governance strategy.
• Define universal data taxonomies, policies, frameworks, and master data hierarchies.
• Build and develop teams of domain architects and data management specialists.
• Translate complex technical designs into business value and align stakeholders on architecture priorities.
• Guide the secure and scalable evolution of hirify.global’s digital architecture and infrastructure.

Requirements

• 15+ years of progressive experience in global, enterprise-level architecture, preferably in asset-intensive or energy environments.
• 10+ years leading, managing, and developing specialized domain architects.
• 10+ years of hands-on ERP and data architecture design experience, including legacy modernization.
• 8+ years architecting and managing global data management platforms.
• 5+ years driving Data Governance initiatives and operating governance bodies, plus people and stakeholder management experience.
• Strong communication, collaboration, mentoring, prioritization, and consensus-building skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA ERP Core and global O&M deployment.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity and industrial architecture frameworks for critical infrastructure, including NIST, NERC CIP, or IEC 62443.
