Senior Manager - Restructuring Advisory

What you will do

• Lead restructuring advisory projects from inception to completion, including contingency planning, options analysis, cash flow reviews, and critical cash management.
• Perform senior roles on insolvency engagements, focusing on strategy and operations, and provide pre-appointment advice.
• Analyse complex group structures and situations, prepare reports, and present strategic recommendations to partners and clients.
• Build and manage client relationships as a primary point of contact and support pitches, presentations, and business development.
• Lead and mentor junior restructuring advisers, reviewing their work and providing guidance on complex assignments.
• Collaborate with other FRP pillars and offices while ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.

Requirements

• ACA, ACCA, or equivalent qualification.
• At least 5 years of experience in restructuring advisory.
• Experience in a professional services environment, including mid-market and larger-scale assignments.
• Knowledge and experience of UK insolvency processes, with the ability to lead insolvency appointments when required.
• Strong financial analysis, report writing, communication, leadership, and team management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and build trusted client relationships.
