Director - Restructuring Advisory

What you will do

• Lead restructuring advisory projects from inception through completion, focusing primarily on distressed advisory engagements.
• Deliver contingency planning, options analysis, cash flow reviews, monitoring, and critical cash management.
• Take senior roles on insolvency engagements, including strategy, operations, and formal restructuring processes where required.
• Prepare financial analysis, reports, strategic recommendations, pitches, and client presentations.
• Build and manage client relationships, develop new opportunities, and contribute to the practice growth strategy.
• Lead, mentor, and review the work of junior restructuring advisory team members while collaborating with other offices and service areas.

Requirements

• ACA, ACCA, or equivalent qualification.
• Extensive experience in restructuring advisory within a professional services environment.
• Experience with CVAs, Restructuring Plans, or Schemes of Arrangement.
• Strong financial analysis, report writing, leadership, and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, organisational, and time management skills.
• Ability to work on-site in the London office.
