QC Inspector (Painting / Coating)

What you will do

• Review technical specifications, drawings, and BOQs to identify quality, engineering, material, workmanship, and testing requirements for painting and coating works.
• Perform verification inspections of work elements to confirm compliance with project procedures and requirements.
• Participate in site receiving inspections for painting and coating materials.
• Prepare and review concrete specifications, mix designs, and inspection and test plans.
• Apply coating and painting testing standards during onshore and offshore oil and gas construction inspections.

Requirements

• Degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized university.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Coating and Painting QC Inspector in the Oil & Gas industry.
• Familiarity with Shell DEPs and international codes and standards.
• Certification at NACE Level II, CSWIP, or BGAS Grade 2.
• Fluent English is required.
• Computer literacy, including proficiency with Microsoft Office, along with strong communication, organization, independent judgment, and coordination skills.

• Previous experience working on ADNOC projects.
