TL;DR
Data Analyst (Digital Tech) (Ecommerce/Retail Analytics): Driving the full analytical lifecycle across Commercial, from hypothesis development and data analysis to actionable insights and strategic recommendations, with an accent on customer behavior, product performance, and data quality. Focus on defining KPIs, implementing event tracking, building commercial business cases, and querying large datasets with SQL across BigQuery, Looker, and Power BI.
Location: Stockholm, Sweden; expected to work from the office 4 days per week. Existing right to work in Sweden is required; relocation support and visa sponsorship are not available.

What you will do
- Lead and coordinate analytical initiatives across a Commercial area, from hypothesis development through recommendations.
- Partner with Product Managers and stakeholders to shape product strategies and prioritize initiatives using data-informed insights.
- Analyze behavioral, commercial, and product performance data to improve digital experiences.
- Define and monitor KPIs, implement event tracking, and evaluate product outcomes.
- Develop business cases by combining commercial, digital, and user behavior insights.
- Query, aggregate, and transform large datasets while improving data quality, visibility, and accessibility.
Requirements
- Experience in product or business analysis, customer or commercial analytics, management consulting, or data engineering.
- Strong SQL skills; Python proficiency is advantageous.
- Experience with cloud analytics environments such as Databricks or GCP.
- Experience with data visualization tools including Power BI, Tableau, Google Data Studio, or Looker Studio.
- Ability to synthesize large volumes of data into clear insights and collaborate with commercial, product, engineering, design, and data stakeholders.
- Academic degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a similar field, plus comfort working in a large matrix organization.
