Senior Logistics Analyst – HAZMAT Operations (Defense & Security)

Location: On-site at the client site, 1741 Marshall Road, Fort Bliss, Texas, United States; generally across the CONUS and Southwest region.

What you will do

• Provide senior-level oversight of hazardous-material supply and sustainment operations.
• Manage hazardous-material receipt, storage, tracking, inventory control, and compliant logistics.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and Army hazardous-material and waste regulations.
• Manage Safety Data Sheet documentation, conduct inspections, and prepare environmental reports.
• Lead audits, support regulatory reviews, and advise command leadership on policy compliance.
• Analyze performance, plan surge capacity, and implement corrective actions.

Requirements

• U.S. citizenship is required.
• On-site work at Fort Bliss, Texas is required.
• 10+ years of logistics management experience.
• 5+ years of Army installation-level supply oversight.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Experience in defense and security, policy analysis, performance metrics, logistics modernization, and audit readiness.
