Sr. Revenue Science Analyst

Location: Hybrid in Collierville, Tennessee; candidates must live within a 50-mile radius and work from a FedEx office up to several times per week.

What you will do

• Lead medium revenue-threshold projects and analyze business problems of medium complexity.
• Build quantitative and statistical analyses using advanced tools and scientific modeling approaches.
• Analyze customer analytics, market conditions, revenue performance, products, channels, competition, and customer segments.
• Synthesize analytical views to support business decisions based on actual and forecast enterprise performance.
• Determine go-to-market tactics for target customers, markets, and products across marketing communications and sales calls.
• Collaborate with peers and cross-functional stakeholders, mentor less senior professionals, and report insights to upper management.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in business, mathematics, economics, computer science, engineering, operations research, or another quantitative field, plus two years of relevant experience; a Ph.D. may be accepted as an alternative.
• Experience with data analytics, data mining, revenue analysis, competitive strategy, and customer segmentation.
• At least one year of experience or coursework in computer-aided decision support, programming, relational databases, or data visualization.
• Experience with programming languages or tools such as SAS, SQL, Python, C, VB.NET, Java, JavaScript, R, Teradata, Oracle, Power BI, Tableau, or Spotfire.
• Strong human relations, communication, and analytical skills.
• Must live within a 50-mile radius of Collierville, Tennessee and be able to work in the office several times per week.
