TL;DR
Software Developer WMS Manhattan Advisor (Sterling WMS): Integrating and supporting Sterling WMS components and enterprise applications while developing, testing, and troubleshooting complex integration software with an accent on Java, IBM Integration Bus, ESQL, Oracle, and REST/SOAP services. Focus on root-cause analysis across warehouse workflows, production support, interface integration, and mentoring less senior developers.
Location: Onsite in Warrendale, Pennsylvania; Dallas, Texas; or Collierville, Tennessee, United States

What you will do
- Integrate, configure, and support Sterling WMS components and data flows between warehouse and enterprise systems.
- Analyze inbound, outbound, and inventory workflow issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
- Design, develop, encode, test, debug, document, and support complex software and integration applications.
- Work with MQ, IBM Integration Bus, ESQL, Java, EDI, Oracle Database, SOAP/REST Web Services, DataPower, API Connect, XML, SOA, ESB, and workflow technologies.
- Support escalated customer issues, service-level requirements, production troubleshooting, and on-call coverage during evenings and weekends.
- Prepare specifications and prototypes, clarify business requirements, mentor developers, and review technical deliverables.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- At least 8 years of relevant experience.
- Strong knowledge of Java, JSP, XML, HTML, and JavaScript.
- Experience with Oracle databases, SQL, and PL/SQL, including queries and reporting.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, documentation, communication, presentation, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work onsite at one of the listed United States locations; physical work may include standing, walking, warehouse activities, and lifting or carrying up to 50 pounds.
