Clinical Engagement Regional Associate Director (Europe & Asia)

Location: Germany; field-based within the assigned Europe & Asia territory with regular regional travel required

Salary: €110,000–€140,000 EUR annually, plus potential discretionary annual bonus and long-term incentive award.

What you will do

• Lead and manage a team of Clinical Engagement Leads across the assigned region.
• Oversee investigator and clinical site relationship management across the clinical trial portfolio.
• Serve as the escalation point for complex investigator and site issues.
• Provide field intelligence and team performance updates to Clinical Development and Medical Affairs leadership.
• Travel regularly within the designated geography and attend company meetings, training, and other organizational events as needed.

Requirements

• Ability to work within the assigned Europe & Asia field territory and travel regularly within the designated geography.
• Senior-level people management experience.
• Deep knowledge of immunology and inflammatory disease therapeutic areas.
• Strong understanding of clinical trial operations.
• Ability to operate independently across a broad geographic region.
