Associate Director, Clinical Operations (Gene Therapy)

Location: Remote, United States; travel approximately 20% or as trial needs demand.

Base salary: $179,000–$205,000 annually, with the final offer dependent on geographical location, experience, skills, and other factors.

What you will do

• Implement, execute, and oversee clinical trials within an assigned clinical program.
• Coordinate with cross-functional project teams to support trial delivery.
• Ensure assigned trials are completed on time and within budget.
• Maintain compliance with GCP and applicable guidelines and regulations.
• Support clinical development programs involving gene therapy and AAV-based therapeutics.

Requirements

• Experience in clinical operations and clinical trial execution.
• Ability to coordinate clinical programs with cross-functional project teams.
• Knowledge of GCP and applicable clinical research regulations.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Ability to work remotely from the United States and travel approximately 20%, or as trial needs demand.
