Creative Ops Lead

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end creative pipeline across paid social, lifecycle, partnerships, and brand.
• Build and maintain briefs, trackers, asset libraries, naming conventions, and approval workflows.
• Allocate designers, motion talent, freelancers, and agencies against the campaign calendar.
• Use live ad performance data to update briefs and scale winning concepts quickly.
• Manage external production partners, including sourcing, negotiation, onboarding, and quality control.
• Run compliance operations for league and partner creative, including licensing guidelines, approvals, and SLAs.

Requirements

• Proven ownership of end-to-end creative operations at a growth company.
• Experience building and managing paid social creative workflows across concurrent campaigns.
• Experience sourcing, negotiating with, and managing freelance and agency partners under deadline pressure.
• Ability to connect ad performance data with creative production and move from signal to live asset within days.
• Experience managing compliance workflows with external rights holders, approval routing, and SLA tracking.
• Strong cross-functional communication with product managers and channel leads.

• Experience setting up digital asset management systems and creative automation tooling.
• Experience with templated production, dynamic creative workflows, or AI-assisted generation.
• Background in crypto, fintech, or high-velocity consumer applications.
