What you will do

• Develop region-specific go-to-market strategies to increase awareness, demand, and customer acquisition.
• Coordinate with global teams to launch and optimize regional marketing campaigns.
• Create regional marketing collateral and develop inbound marketing initiatives.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to shape marketing and sales programs.
• Collaborate with product management, R&D, applications, sales, and regional senior management to inform the product roadmap and capture business opportunities.
• Report campaign initiatives and KPIs to the Global Marketing Manager while supporting lead generation and customer retention.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• At least 2 years of regional B2B marketing experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication, client rapport, and lead-generation skills.
• Understanding of the cultural norms and regional nuances of the target market.
• Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadline-oriented projects and changing priorities.
• Ability to translate market insights into actionable marketing plans and manage partner expectations.
