What you will do
- Review and reconcile unrecorded bank transactions and follow up on outstanding items.
- Prepare and submit bank reconciliations for each entity.
- Manage, authorize, and control supplier-advance documentation to prevent duplicate accounting records.
- Verify supplier payment documentation before processing payment requests.
- Prepare and record accounting entries to support monthly closing.
- Generate financial charts and reports and assist with account analysis, purges, and adjustments.
Requirements
- English proficiency is required.
- Ability to work with bank reconciliations, accounting entries, supplier advances, and payment documentation.
