What you will do

• Contribute to ambitious, high-impact digital products, platforms, and interactive microsites.
• Drive complex projects independently from concept to completion.
• Balance functionality, aesthetics, and usability in project delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-discipline peers, clients, stakeholders, and executives.
• Explore new technologies and share effective strategies, design approaches, and build practices.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of professional experience in the relevant area of expertise.
• Experience working at an agency, as a freelancer, or as an embedded contractor.
• Ability to deliver high-quality work with strong polish and attention to detail.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work within client budgets and timelines.
• Strong written and verbal communication, responsiveness, and proactive collaboration.
• Availability for significant daily overlap with U.S. timezones, typically 5–8 hours.
